The Supreme Court of Nigeria has commenced the hearing on the case file against the tribunal victory of President Bola Tinubu at the recent concluded PEPT.
The appeal against his electoral and tribunal victory is from the PDP and LP presidential candidates; Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi respectively and APM party.
The constituted seven-member committee will hear the case and rule accordingly.
