Ba’amofin Obalegbe, Barr. Oyebamiji Akinlolu has congratulated Nigerians on the celebration of the country’s 63rd Independence Day celebration.
The Ibadan born legal luminary in his Independence Day message urged political leaders to be sensitive to the cries and plights of average Nigerians as the economic situation of the country is becoming increasingly unfavorable, and needs a genuine review and repositioning.
Ba’amofin Obalegbe further tasked the government of Nigeria to push more programs that will reach the poor Nigerians at the local level.
“It is important as well for government to strengthen the government at local level for easy distribution of the dividends of democracy.”
“Our hope as Nigerians still high and intact that this country is our Jerusalem. We have no where to go and we will all excel together.” He concluded
