Akinjide Kazeem Akinola, a chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Oyo State has felicitated with the Ibadan Baales that were newly elevated to Obas by His Imperial Majesty, Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba (Dr.) Sen. Mohood Olalekan Balogun CFR (Ali Okunmade II).
Akinjide while congratulating the new Obas in his constituency and Ibadan as a whole thanked Governor Seyi Makinde for upholding one of the great legacies of our leader and Architect of Modern Oyo State, Late former Gov. Isiaq Abiola Ajimobi (of the blessed memory) during his lifetime.
In his message, the Ibadan-born politician and businessman, Akinjide said “I am happy that traditional rulers in my federal constituency were elevated to Obas: His Royal Highnesses; Oba Suleiman Akinsola Oladepo- Alajia of Ajia Adepoju Olorungbuji, Oba Victor Sunday Okunola- Elegbeda of Egbeda, Oba Oyesola Oyerinde – Elerunmu of Erunmu, Oba Mudasiru Omodele Adebayo- Ololodo of Olodo, and Oba Saliu Oguntayo- Onisade of Isade.”
“Also, His Royal Highnesses; Oba Adebowale Kamorudeen Adeyemi, JP- Oniladuntan of Laduntan, Oba Mudasiru Musa- Alararo of Araro, Oba (Engr.) Nureni Yusuf Adegbenro- Alajia of Ajia Moja Opo, Oba Muili Mosaderin- Ololosunde of Olosunde, Oba Yekini Obisesan- Alakanran of Akanran, and Oba Richard Adesokan Olunloyo- Ololunloyo- of Olunloyo.”
