“I want to congratulate President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR on his victory at the Supreme Court. It is indeed heartwarming and a well deserved victory. Once again our democracy has been tested and came out unscathed, it has been deepened. I salute the courage of the petitioners who exercised their rights to contest the result of the polls in the court. Indeed the court has proven yet again to be the hope of the common man.
“Now that the litigations have been put to rest, governance should take the center stage and I am confident that Mr President is more than capable to deliver on the renewed hope mandate. Since taking the mantle of leadership, he has shown laser focus on the task of re-engineering the economy of the country. He has put his foot on the pedal and there is no looking back on the task.
“President Tinubu has shown that he is not only a gallant fighter but also a magnanimous winner. I want to urge his co-contestants to join hands with him in this Nigeria project. The time for politics is over, it is time for governance and one that must be done concertedly. At the end of the day, it is all about Nigeria and her route to greatness.”
