The Nigeria Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPT) will be delivering her judgment on Wednesday, September 6, 2023.
The Court of Appeal Registrar, Umar Bangari made this known to newsmen on Monday, and further confirm the live coverage of the judgment proceeding on Wednesday.
Kindly recall that the candidates of the Labour Party (LP), People Democratic Party (PDP), and that of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) are challenging the electoral victory of President Bola Tinubu of All Progressive Congress (APC) during the 2023 Presidential election.
It is to note as well that, all tribunal cases in twenty-five states for governorship, National Assembly and state assembly election petitions will be concluded as well on Wednesday.
