The Oyo State Park Managers System Chairman, Alh. Mukaila Auxillary has been discharged of the billboards vandalization case against him by Chief Magistrate Court in Ibadan.
Kindly recall that, during the 2023 general elections process, PMS Boss was alleged of responsible for many All Progressive Congress (APC) billboards vandalized, and was consequently charged to court during the time.
The Magistrate court has then struck out the case for ‘want of diligent prosecution’ and the failure of the complainants failing to appear in court for prosecution.
