Akinjide Kazeem Akinola, a chieftain of the Oyo State chapter of the All Progressive Congress (APC) has congratulated the former Deputy Governor, Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Oloye Bayo Adelabu OFR on his nomination as ministerial nominee from the pacesetter state.

Akinjide explained that the nomination, taking a closer look at the twenty-eight (28) names on the list, will reveal something to us. It is no other thing than an assemblage of meritorious people who are ready to work for the advancement of this country.

“I am happy that Oloye Adelabu made the list at the end. This is to show the interest of Mr. President when it comes to merit base appointment.”

“Tinubu, for those who have known him for years do not underrate his taste for merit and national development from qualified Nigerians. He wants those who can deliver his campaign manifestos to Nigerians and Nigeria as a whole.”

“We all understand the economic state of the nation. There is a need for qualifying hands to take up one position or the others to reshape the image of this country and make everything works for the ordinary men on the street. This can be likened to one of the reasons why President Tinubu nominated people with good track records in their chosen professions among millions of qualifying Nigerians.”

“Thus, Adelabu’s nomination is one of the nominations Nigerians will be proud of. His record of achievements in top places where he has worked proved his strength and that we should expect the best from his would-be ministry after his screening from the Senate.”
