The Oyo State High Court sitting in Ibadan has adjourned a case of financial allegation levied against Engr. Emmauel Obakin by his business partner and co-owner/director, Akindele Fajemiyo both of Lee Fakino Nigeria Limited to February 28, 2024.
The ongoing law week of the Nigerian lawyers forced the adjournment.
The case was brought to the court through EFCC after the business between the two-co-business owner and co-Directors of Lee Fakino Nigeria Limited go awry in their business relationship.
A random background check of the real ownership of the business revealed that, the business was owned by the fathers of the two present conflicting directors as explained in a report here back in 2021 Obakin, Fajemiyo, The Heirs’ Face Of Lee Fakino Nigeria Limited – Freshpage Nigeria
Just like how many have been asking that, what led to the fight between the co-Directors of Lee Fakino Nigeria Limited, nobody knows. But the court will shed light on it next year.
The new adjourned date was jointly agreed by the lawyers to both the prosecutor, EFCC and the defendant, Obakin.
