In a bid to advance the humanitarian service in our society, Rotarian Janet Akinleye phf+1 will be installed as second female president of the Rotary Club of Ibadan-Oritamefa, one of the leading clubs that is not relent in giving back to the society through their various programs and activities.
Speaking to the newsmen in Ibadan, the Chairman Publicity Committee of the club’s new President investiture, Rotarian Adeniyi Adeoti phf, explained that plans are on top level for the preparation of the investiture to usher in the club’s new President, Rotarian Janet Akinleye phf+1.
According to him, “All plans are positively moving for the coming investiture of the club as the committee are not leaving any stone unturned for the event.”
“Let me quickly remind the general public that, the investiture is coming up on 5th August 2023 at the prestigious Bode Amoo Hall, Ibadan House, Oke Aremo, Ibadan.” He added.
“As usual, the investiture will feature series of life impacting programs in tandem with the seven (7) area of focus of Rotary International; Child and Maternal Health, Basic Education and Literacy, Peace Building and Conflict Resolution/prevention, economic and community development, water and sanitation, disease prevention and treatment, and protecting the environment.”
“I can assure you as well that, eminent personalities will be present on that day to further expand their humanitarian services and contribute to the society, as we are also installing the President, board members and new members of the club.”
In his conclusion, Adeoti calls for the support of the general public to make the event sweet and more memorable through their corporate advert placement and their humanitarian goodwill message.”
