A chieftain of People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Oloye Jumoke Akinjide in a press release has affirms her total commitment in People’s Democratic Party (PDP), this was made known in her recent press release where she was affirming her strong foot in the party.
She said, “I will not for any reason shirk from my unflagging zeal geared towards building a PDP that is viable and strong in Oyo State, the South West and at the National level”.
Oloye Jumoke Akinjide further stated in a release signed by her Special Assistant on Media, Alh Isiaka Kehinde, which was made available to the press on Ibadan “in view of the on-going defection of Sen Rashidi Ladoja and others from the PDP to ADC, I wish to state categorically that I remain a staunch member of the PDP. While i acknowledged Senator Ladoja’s inalienable and constitutional right to move to any party of his choice, and deeply regret that he could not find accommodation in our great party, PDP, I remain a loyal and committed member of the PDP and will work assiduously towards the party success in the forthcoming general elections”.
She concluded in her Press Release that, “given the present situation of the party in Oyo State, all hands must be on deck to strengthen the party and uphold the values of internal discipline”.
